Are your products machine washable?
For the most part, yes. The only items that aren't are the bags that have leather/suede belt straps.
I recently bought an item made by _____, and really like it. How do I find items created by the same person?
Each item description shows the name of the designer who created it. To find other items made by the same artist, simply type that person's name into the search box on the left hand side of the page, and click "Go!"
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days to arrange for a return, and an exchange or full refund of the purchase price.
I have a gift shop/retail store. Can I carry our products in my store?

I saw an item here a while back and can't find it now. Do you have more in stock?
Nearly all of our items are one-of- a- kind. If you saw an item that you really liked, we can try to make another one as similar to it as possible. Use the form on our custom page or contact us to let us know what you're interested in.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes. Our flat-rate service provides 2-3 day shipping for most of the US at a great price, but if you need something ASAP, feel free to select the "express shipping" option when checking out. Note that most orders ship within 24 hours, regardless of shipping method.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, paypal, check or money order. Using a credit card or PayPal is preferred, as it allows us to ship your order immediately. Orders using a check or money order must wait until funds are received.
Is it safe to order over the internet?
Yes! Our checkout process takes place on secured servers, meaning that your data is encrypted to protect your information. We don't store your credit card information, so there is no risk of it ever being compromised.
Do you take orders over the phone, by fax, or by mail?
Yes, see the contact page for our phone and fax numbers and mailing address. Please note, however, that mail orders may encounter problems if the items you want are taken before your order gets to us! Ordering through our secure website is the preferred method.
Do I have to create an account to be able to order?
No, setting up an account is not required. When you checkout, simply select the "skip account" option to make a simple one-time purchase, and none of your information will be saved. Note that having an account simplifies the process on return visits, and enables you to receive information about new items, upcoming sales and promotions.
